1. The right which has been purchased is only a limited short time stay as defined in the 

 

reservation order and it is not a rental or any other legal right whatsoever.

 

2. Minimum stay is 14-30 nights unless otherwise confirmed by ‘the manager of 'Raanana & Herzliya Luxury'.

3.  All Rates and Payments are charged in NIS.  

    Rates include: all utilities, beddings and towels , wireless internet and cable TV.

    The rent fee does not include electricity bill and cleanings fees (electricity is charged per meter reading 1 Kw= 1 ILS).

    Weekly cleaning after 12 nights stay is mandatory.  

 

Final cleaning fee is added automatically.

 

Weekly cleaning is mandatory and is charged for stays longer than 12 nights stay.

 

3. Weekly Cleaning is vary (140$-220$ per visit depends on apartment size and num of guests.

4. A 50 % non-refundable pre-payment is required to reserve the apartment. This will be deducted 

 

from total due at check-in.

 

5. Client will receive confirmation of reservation after 'Raanana & Herzliya Luxury' receive the pre-payment.

 

6. Full payment including extras is due at check-in. Payment is in NIS according to the known 

 

exchange rate on date of payment.

 

7. Early departure and/or partial use of the apartment will not entitle guests to a refund.

 

8. Our cancellation policy is:

1. Any cancellation must be communicated to the Landlord and it is for the Tenant to ensure communication of the same to the Landlord.

2. Upon cancellation the following terms will apply:

   1. If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the beginning of the Tenant is liable to pay 30% of the Rent for the Term

   2. If cancellation is made between 45-60 days prior to beginning of the Term the Tenant is liable to pay 50% of Rent for the Term.

   3. If cancellation is made between 0 - 44 days prior to scheduled entry the Tenant is liable to pay 100% of the Rent for the Term.

3. After taking possession of the property no cancellation will be permitted and the entire rent will be forfeited

4. Not withstanding with 6.3 in case of a cancellation pursuant to 6.2.3 or 6.3 the Landlord will endeavor to find alternative tenants and if he successfully re-lets the Property, the Landlord will refund the Tenant the sum paid for each night the Property has been re-let less an agreed deduction of 15% for administration fees. For any period the Property has not been re-let the Tenant will continue to pay the full rate. The Landlord is under no obligation to find alternative tenants. 

5. All sums due to the Landlord under this Agreement will be deducted from the Deposit and any shortfalls will be deducted using the credit card provided. 

 

9. 'Raanana & Herzliya Luxury' Apartments may not be held responsible for cancellations for any reason. We 

 

suggest that you take out travel insurance for your trip.

 

10. Cleaner , Taxi and tour-guide reservations cannot be cancelled once they have been reserved.

 

11. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 10:30 am. Early check-in and late check-out are based 

 

on availability and must be confirmed in advance and will incur extra charges.

 

12. The 80% prepayment for all apartments can be paid by Visa & MasterCard which will be 

 

processed through our secure server and wire transfers.  In case of wire transfer, 100% of the 

 

reservation is due at time of reservation to secure the reservation.

 

A commission of 3.8 % is added to payments by credit cards.

 

13. The remaining 20% payment on arrival can be paid as follows:   (a) Visa, MasterCard can be 

 

paid only one calendar month before arrival.   ( b).  cash (USD, Euro or NIS) upon arrival.

 

14. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that 'Raanana & Herzliya Luxury' may use your 

 

credit card to charge cancellation fees and to charge smoking, lighting fire,  and pet fine as well as 

 

charge for repair of damages/lost keys.

 

15. Total number of people will not exceed the total party size specified in the confirmation of 

 

reservation, ‘Raanana & Herzliya Luxury’ will charge each extra guest 25-30$ per night up to the maximum 

 

allowed number of guests (depends on the apartment).

 

16. Animals are not allowed in the apartments. Pets in the apartment will incur a 400 US$ fine.

 

17. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Smoking in the apartment will incur a US$ 400 fine.

 

18. It is forbidden to light a fire of any kind – BBQ/ candles/cigarettes/ etc. in the apartments

or on the balconies. Any of the above will incur a 400$ fine

19. Please ensure a quiet atmosphere so as not to disturb the neighbors.

 

20. Damages to the apartment furniture appliances or loss of a key will be charged the amount 

​

needed to repair the damage.

​

21. Construction works and renovations may occur from time to time in the buildings of the 

​

apartments or in the surrounding buildings. 'Raanana Luxury' will not be held responsible for 

​

noise or other inconvenience emanating from these works. 'Raanana Luxury' will inform all guests 

​

as soon as they know of such noise/inconvenience.  'Raanana Luxury' may choose to reimburse 

​

or offer discount in these situations as they see fit. 'Raanana Luxury' will notify guests of such 

​

compensation.

​

22.’Raanana Luxury’ Will provide you 2 sets of keys . Any lost key is charged 300 ILS.

​

23. Check in is at 3pm.

     Check out time is 10 am.

    Any late check out (without permission) will be calculate and charged as an extra night.

24. Electricity is charged per meter reading upon check in & check out (1 KW= 1 ILS)
